Meet Jaime

As a retired military serviceman, small business owner and now real estate broker and investor, I have always enjoyed using my strengths to benefit others. As a broker, there's nothing more satisfying than helping clients reach their real estate goals, whether it's buying a home or selling one. Because I know our area very well, from Tacoma, Puyallup and Bonney Lake, to as far north as Seattle, I have the tools to conduct as wide a search as necessary to locate the perfect home for you. Plus, with extensive training from Coldwell Banker Bain, I have the knowledge to offer guidance, advice and negotiating skills that lead to a successful real estate transaction for my clients.

I have been married for more than 21 years and together my wife, Priscilla, and I have three beautiful children and three grandchildren. We've lived in this community for more than 10 years and we love everything it has to offer, great neighbors, good schools, unmatched recreational opportunities and more. It's why we call it home!

My decision to start a real estate career was based on my love for discovering people's stories. To my surprise, homes have stories too. So when I first meet a family in their home, it's my job to learn the story of their home and use it to create a unique marketing plan that will entice would-be buyers and grab the attention of the home's next owner.
